Portion 3 of Erf 185 Florida: Brevicap developed a Sectional Title Scheme in a joint venture. The Scheme known as Indigo Sky 4 consists of 18 two bedroom simplex units with balconies, that were sold out at R475 000.00 to R485 000.00 per unit. Opening of the Sectional Title scheme and transfer to the new owners were effected during July 2014.
