RE of Erf 183 Florida: Brevicap developed a Sectional Title Scheme in a joint venture. The Scheme known as Fever Tree consists of 18 two bedroom units with balconies, that were sold for between R499 000.00 and R510 000.00 per unit. Opening of the Sectional Title Scheme and transfer of the units to the new owners were effected during February 2015.
